The permission is granted to distribute, use and modify the pictures as part of the photoprism project and with the intention to use the images as test pictures for the software. 

Any use outside the project is NOT permitted without my written consent. Also I do not permit the use for any kinds of marketing or on websites other than what is necessary for the development of photoprism (i.e. the sharing of the pictures on git, discussion groups, presentations etc. which are in the context of photoprism development is ok).

If you transmit images of this collection on their own you MUST make the receiver aware of this license.
